GYMNASTICS FOR ALL IN DRONFIELD

Our Gymnastics For All classes are the perfect way to get into the sport of gymnastics for boys and girls of school age. These classes run from Monday – Sunday. It’s easy to get started by just visiting our register for a class page.  

These one-hour classes cover the fundamentals of gymnastics touching on the apparatus: the Vault, the Bars, the Beam, and the Floor Exercise. Our classes allow the gymnasts to independently participate in classes and take part in British Gymnastics’ RISE Programme, allowing them to receive medals and certificates. Girls and boys can progress from these classes to our Improvers and Advanced classes which are 2 hours and 4-hour classes respectively. 

We have a dedicated viewing gallery for parents to watch classes from upstairs should they wish or you can drop your child off and pick them up again at the end of class. Our facility boasts a viewing gallery for parents, a fully stocked café with hot & cold drinks and snacks.

DGA FEBRUARY HALF TERM GYMNASTICS CAMPS 2024

Drop your child/children off at 9am for a full day of jam-packed fun and fitness! With our British Gymnastics qualified coaches your child/children will enjoy a variety of games and team building activities, have the opportunity to try out all of our fantastic equipment in our dedicated gymnastics centre including bars, beams, sprung floor, vault, trampette, rope, rings, pommel, pbars and tumble tracks as well as learning gymnastics skills and meeting and making new friends.

We have the following dates, covering both North East Derbyshire and South Yorkshire  holidays, available to book now:

All days are 9.00am – 3:00pm

Members and non-members, of all abilities, welcome to attend from the age of 5 (must be in reception at school). Attendees will require a packed lunch and plenty to drink. Attendees will be expected to wear sports clothes, have bare feet, not be wearing any jewellery and have long hair tied back. Camps are £30 per child per day.
