GYMNASTICS FOR ALL IN DRONFIELD
Our Gymnastics For All classes are the perfect way to get into the sport of gymnastics for boys and girls of school age. It’s easy to get started by just visiting our register for a class page.
These one hour classes cover the fundamentals of gymnastics touching on the apparatus: the Vault, the Bars, the Beam, and the Floor Exercise as well as trampoline. Girls and boys can progress from these classes to our Improvers and Advanced classes which are 2 hours and 4 hour classes respectively.
Our 2 hour Improvers classes are for boys and girls who show an aptitude towards gymnastics and wish to learn a wider range of skills across more the apparatus.
Advanced classes are 2 hours twice per week and allow children from our Improvers classes to go start to progress toward more advanced skills such as acrobatic skills on beam, somersaults on floor and vault and giant swings on bars. In addition, boys begin to learn the basics on Pommel Horse and Rings.
