BRITISH GYMNASTICS (BG) MEMBERSHIP

Anyone participating in gymnastics should hold active British Gymnastics membership.

In order to join British Gymnastics visit their website www.britishgymnastics.org.uk and click on ‘register here’. 

This should be done upon starting gymnastics activity and renewed annually in September.

British Gymnastics membership fees are as follows:

Preschoolers – £13 per year

Recreational participants – £19 per year

Competitive gymnast – £43 per year

It is our responsibility to ensure that all of its members are current members of British Gymnastics.

CLUB MEMBERSHIP

Club membership is paid upon joining and then annually in September.

Recreational members – £25 per year

Competitive members – £50 per year

Club membership fees cover costs such as (but not limited to):

– Rent

– Business rates

– Gas

– Electricity

– Water

– Phone and broadband

– Administration fees

– Buildings and contents insurance

– Club affiliation to BG and YGA

– Staff and volunteer DBS checks

– Staff and volunteer BG membership fees

– Staff and volunteer essential training such as first aid and child protection

– CPD for staff and volunteers

– Maintenance of facilities and equipment

– Chalk

– First aid supplies 

– Other supplies such as toilet roll and stationary 

– Waste disposal 

– Cleaning 

– Coaches expenses at events (Such as petrol and hotels)
