GENERAL SQUAD GYMNASTICS IN DRONFIELD
Our General Squad Gymnastics programme is for gymnasts who are identified as talented and are progressing beyond our Improvers and Advanced classes. We have a general squad programme for boys and girls of school age. If you are looking to enrol in this programme, then please speak to your current coach if possible or email us.
Girls General Squad Gymnastics Programme.
This programme takes the basic fundamentals our female gymnasts have learned across Vault, Beam Bars, Floor and Trampoline and gymnasts begin to learn more advanced skills, sequences with a view to working toward competitive levels and grades.
Boys General Squad Gymnastics Programme.
Boys also progress to learn skills on Pommel Horse, Rings and Parallel Bars and High Bar. The focus is on working toward British Gymnastics Club and Elite Grades.
Our general squad gymnastics programme take place over 2 or more sessions per week.
